Personhood Alliance president Gualberto Garcia Jones is an attorney who began pro-life activism in college. Mr. Garcia Jones is the Executive
Director of the International Human Rights Group, serving for the past ten years as a legal expert on human rights issues for various organizations
around the world. He has drafted dozens of legislative proposals and testified before U.S. federal and state governments. Mr. Garcia Jones has written
and submitted legal briefs for cases before numerous courts, including the U.S. Supreme Court and the Constitutional Court of Colombia. Gualberto was
born in Spain and emigrated to the United States. He graduated from the University of Wisconsin with a double major in history and political science
and received his law degree from The George Washington University School of Law. He has clerked for District Court judges and worked on the staff of
U.S. senators.
