Dr. Scott Yenor is professor of political science at Boise State University. He is also chairman of the board at a classical Christian school, the Ambrose School, which is in Meridian Idaho. He is author of Family Politics, the idea of marriage in modern political thought, David Hume’s Humanity, a book on Reconstruction, and Recovering Family Life: The Rolling Revolution and Its Limits.
Dr. Yenor earned his PhD at Loyola University Chicago. He is a Washington Fellow at the Claremont Institute’s Center for the American Way of Life.
He and his wife, Amy, have five kids: one out of college and married, two in college, one senior in high school (Lumpy), and a sixth grader (Biscuit).
