Dr. Douglas Farrow is Professor of Theology and Ethics at McGill University in Montreal. Among his recent works are Ascension Theology, Desiring a Better Country, Theological Negotiations, and the Brazos Theological Commentary on 1 & 2 Thessalonians. One of his most popular works, against the rising tide of same-sex “marriage,” is Nation of Bastards.
Dr. Farrow writes frequently in popular Christian publications, as in academic journals, and was awarded a Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee medal for his contributions to public discourse. Professor Farrow is an outspoken critic of the current pandemic regimes, both secular and ecclesiastical. There, as elsewhere, he brings theological insight to bear on debates about the common good.
Dr. Farrow is a Catholic layman, married with five adult children.
