Reluctantly Single Parent

No single parent ever wished that their child’s other parent would step up to the plate, be present in their child’s life and be an appropriate parent. Every single mother is a brave undaunted individual, who never really wanted to get married at all. There are no single fathers.

ARE YOU A VICTIM OF THE SEXUAL REVOLUTION?

Dear Friend,

We have identified twelve categories of people who have been harmed by the Sexual Revolution. This questionnaire explores the Reluctantly Single Parent. Use this checklist to see if you are a Victim of the Sexual Revolution.

Our goal here is not merely to identify Victims. The goal is to help the Victims become Survivors, and the Survivors to become Activists for positive change.

Are You a Reluctantly Single Parent?

  • Would you have preferred not to be a single parent?
  • Did you want the child’s other parent to step up to the plate, be present in your child’s life and be an appropriate parent?
  • Were you prepared for the difficulties involved with being a single parent?
  • Would you have had sex with your child’s other parent, if you had realized the difficulties involved in being a parent with that person?
  • Did you feel cheated by a contraceptive failure?
  • Did you ever end a relationship with a new love interest because you were worried about that person’s behavior and its impact on your children?
  • Do you feel lonely as a single parent?
  • Do you feel that your situation as a Reluctantly Single Parent is socially invisible?
