Ruth Institute President, Dr. Jennifer Roback Morse, Ph.D., will be a featured speaker at Human Life International’s “Go Forward in Hope” conference in Auckland, New Zealand, March 23-25.
Morse will speak on “Understanding and Resisting the Global Sexual Revolution” and “Understanding and Resisting the Sexualization of Children.” She will also lead a workshop on “Practical Ways You Can Combat the Global Sexual Revolution.”
Morse remarked: “Human Life International (HLI) puts on more than 1,000 pro-life and pro-family conferences each year all over the world. I’m honored to speak at this year’s Auckland conference alongside HLI President, Fr. Shenan Bouquet. He has worked closely with the Ruth Institute and spoke at our 2022 Summit for Survivors of the Sexual Revolution on the contraceptive ideology.”
“I aim to help the leaders and activists attending this conference understand that the attack on the unborn doesn’t exist in isolation, but is connected to the most dangerous revolution of our times, one that works to destroy marriage and families,” Morse said.
Morse will describe how the church’s traditional teachings on morality can and should be defended, and how they protect the sanctity of life. Morse will also explain the core principle that all family advocates must defend, namely, that every child has a right to his or her father and mother, married to each other, except for an unavoidable tragedy.
Morse spoke on this topic last December in Krakow, Poland, at a conference sponsored by the Auxilium Foundation, and in March at the “Bringing America Back to Life” pro-life conference in Cleveland, Ohio.
