Here is a little something for my readers in San Diego County. Better Courts Now is an innovative way to get better judges elected at the county level. If we could get good judges at the lower levels, we have a better chance of getting better judges for the higher courts, such as the 9th Circuit. My friend Don Hamer has a very practical plan for electing good, strict constructionist judges. Go to this site and find out how easy it is to help.
