In Nashville school shooting, don’t say trans

“You can tell where power lies in a society by who you are not allowed to criticize,” said Ruth Institute President Dr. Jennifer Roback Morse, Ph.D. “Take the recent Nashville school shooting. You could get dizzy following the media and activists’ spin.”

The killer was a woman who sometimes ‘identified’ as a man. The media try to bury that part, instead focusing on her apparently resenting having attended the Christian school.

“Here was a young woman who was sexually confused and looking for someone to blame,” Morse said. “Supporters of the Sexual Revolution blame Christians for failure to reach their goals on abortion and the gender ideology. And yet no one is speculating on anti-Christian animus motivating the massacre.”

“After two weeks, authorities have yet to release the shooter’s manifesto for fear it will show that Audrey, sometimes ‘Aiden,’ Hale, wanted to kill Christians, a logical assumption given the circumstances,” Morse said.

“Instead, activists have spun it as another tragedy caused by ‘lax gun laws.’ In fact, a mob demanding more gun control briefly took over the Tennessee legislature. When Vice President Harris visited Nashville, she met not with families of the shooting victims, but two ex-legislators who were expelled for egging on the mob.”

“Besides demanding that the manifesto not be released, spokesmen for the LGBTQ community have cast themselves as victims, warning of the potential for violence against them, even though there’s no sign that any has materialized.”

“So you have the imagined potential for violence on the one hand, against six nearly-ignored shooting victims on the other. As long as activists, politicians, and the media drive coverage, we will never have an honest discussion of the nature of transgenderism and the way Christians are scapegoated for adhering to a Biblical worldview.”
