June 20, 2022

The Ruth Institute’s Summit for Survivors of the Sexual Revolution is June 24-25 in Lake Charles, LA. “With the anticipated decision overturning Roe v. Wade, this week will be a milestone for the pro-life/pro-family movement,” said Ruth Institute President Dr. Jennifer Roback Morse, Ph.D. “It took 49 years and the work of millions of activists to get us here. But it’s only a start.”

“The other side promises a ‘summer of rage.’ We’ll have a summer of education and activism, starting with the Summit.”

Speakers include:

  • Kristan Hawkins — President of Students for Life of America on “What to Expect in a Post-Roe World”
  • Dr. Quentin Van Meter — President of the American College of Pediatricians on “The Medical Costs of the Sexual Revolution”
  • Dr. Stephen Baskerville — Professor of Political Studies at the Collegium Intermarium in Warsaw, Poland, on “The Divorce Ideology”
  • Katrina Zeno — Expert on John Paul II’s Theology of the Body on “The Gender Ideology”
  • Erin Brewer and Maria Keffler Co-founders of Advocates Protecting Children on “The Transgender Ideology”
  • Don Feder — Ruth Institute Communications Director on “Demographic Winter and the Future of Family and Freedom”
  • Dr. Dan and Bethany Meola — Co-founders of Life Giving Wounds on “Healing Adult Children of Divorce”

Morse will present “Defending Your Values like a Pro: a 15-Minute Defense of Traditional Christian Sexual Ethics.” Summit participants will receive this speech, along with a slideshow, FAQs, and more on a thumb drive to take home and be utilized within their sphere of influence.

“Our work has just begun,” Morse said. “To move forward, we need knowledge and training. That’s what we’ll provide at the Summit for Survivors of the Sexual Revolution.”

The complete Summit schedule can be found here.

Virtual passes, to watch and participate on-line, are available here.
