that did not. Lo and behold. Giving out condoms, without any counseling, was associated with an increase in teen pregnancy. Vox, that bastion of social
conservatism reports. (And no, I don’t think that is literally
what kind of condoms they gave out. However, I do think that is what the kids see.)
