Ruth Institute President Dr. Jennifer Roback Morse, Ph.D., will be a featured speaker at the Ignited By Truth Catholic Conference April 28-29 in Raleigh, North Carolina.
One of the largest Catholic conferences on the East Coast, with attendance around 700, Ignited by Truth brings together dynamic nationally recognized speakers. The aim is for attendees to experience the joy of life with God and go forth to be powerful witnesses to the Catholic faith.
Morse will speak on, “Replacing the Sexual State with a Civilization of Love.” She explains: “The Sexual State is the biggest threat facing traditional Catholic moral teaching, as well as personal freedom.”
“The State crushes the family then ‘helps’ by creating intrusive and expensive policies to clean up the mess it made in the first place. Catholics must understand that the Sexual Revolution is a clear and present danger to our Church. We must learn how to defend traditional morality without fear or apology.”
In March, Morse spoke at Human Life International’s “Go Forward in Hope” conference in Auckland, New Zealand. In December, she addressed the “Family in Time of Change” conference in Krakow, Poland, sponsored by the Auxilium Foundation.
At both events, Morse demonstrated that traditional Catholic morality protects the interests of children, as well as women and men, far better than the modern Sexual Revolution.
The Ignited by Truth conference will take place at North Carolina State’s Reynolds Coliseum in Raleigh. Tickets are still available, with free admittance for students.
The Ruth Institute will have an exhibit offering a broad range of material on issues like transgenderism, censorship, marriage, and Demographic Winter, as well as Dr. Morse’s books.
